Siyapatha Finance underwent the Great Place to Work®’s rigorous 2 lens model of the Trust Index© Employee survey and the Culture Audit© people practice analysis framework and matched the global qualification criteria required to be a Great Workplace in the industry.

The prestigious awards were based entirely on the feedback of the current employees on the survey.  They were highly impressed on their working experience with Siyapatha. 96% of the staff members rated that they are proud to be with Siyapatha, while 87% of the staff members rated that Siyapatha is a great place to work.
